Update docs to material theme #341

In preparation for #334 this PR updates the docs theme to the material theme while adding some styling to try to keep the feel as close to the original cinder theme as possible. A few minor content updates were also made to partially close #318 and #320. I could include some of those changes in this PR, but wanted to separate some concerns of content vs styling (though they aren't entirely separated here since a few content re-arrangements are also made).

Included also are tiny tweaks to the favicon and the logo to get a transparent background.

This PR also removes the docs/requirements.txt file as we need to install dev-requirements.txt in order to generate the screencast.
