CORS Support? #5

@nathanclevenger I got a question over email about whether count.do is supposed to support CORS for browser-based fetches. I know that we've been directing people to write server-based applications so that CORS restrictions don't apply, but is that the same advice for .do domains?

@Nathan @Samuel is this resolved?
