Incorporate Data into Portfolio

Changes mainly adjust routing and generic components.

• Navbar background opacity and blur is now adjusted
• WorkDetailsContainer is now a generic component
• • This will be used to contain all project details
• • With the use of slots, content can be more flexible
• Routing is adjusted to nest works per category (e.g. works/devcon/1)
• All portfolio data is contained in data.js
