Question about the calculation of standard deviation in the "random effects parameterization" #45

Dear Professor Rizopoulos, I'm running through the section on "parameterization of random effects". And I'm confused about how to calculate the standard deviation when correcting for a particular subject's slope by dividing the original value by its corresponding standard deviation. I appreciate your reply!
