[BUG]: Studio not working - Drizzle Local Storage Error - Permission Denied for 'rules' Table #2835

What version of drizzle-kit are you using?

0.24.1

Describe the Bug

i don't have the 'rules' in my project ! read the report bug zip file

Expected behavior

the studio work at : https://local.drizzle.studio/

Environment & setup

Linux redhat using pg with docker locally chrome bug-report.zip
