Re-write the access list for the timerboard to utilize the ESI API Search end point to allow characters, corporations, and alliances to be added by their name and not their id.

Completed modification to only use ESI API for searches to verify the name of an alliance in reference to the alliance id. The site will no longer allow the alliance / corporation id to be entered to add to the white list.
