Additional code to add to GPCNA #6

Hi Sánchez. I have created new functions,

createPSGCN to create a primary and then all secondary networks.

createSGCN to create a secondary network for a cell type and primary network.

addModEnrichmentConf to add all new functionalities regarding enrichment for module testing

All these need more work but I wanted to test first how the pull request works at GitHub
