Hello, I am using Windows version of GNU Radio, could you provide some direction, how we could use your blocks in Windows version

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about GNU Radio on Windows. Looking at:

It would seem you need to create a build environment with VS 2015, Wix, Git, Doxygen, CMake 3.13, and ActiveState Perl.
