No audio after receiving GSM call #178

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
When I use iDoubs and is on the phone call by iPhone, someone call my cellphone 
number, then the iPhone “Phone” program jump to foreground. I decline this 
call, and return to iDoubs, but right now iDoubs is still in call, but both 
side of this call can not hear each other.

Fixed in r261. Requires Doubango #1098 or later.
