Video Call between Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 not possible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install imsdroid on nexus 4 and nexus 7
2. video call from one device to the other

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see video chat with audio.. But there is only a green screen on both 
devices, Audio is working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
imsdroid 2.544.836 with Android 4.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I get the same thing. Audio works, video shows green screen. For me its between 
2 Nexus 7s. Trying various codecs gets the same result. Anyone figure this out?

I am also facing the same issues with imsdroid 2.569.1089 with android 4.4.
Seldom it show the video otherwise display green issues. If Anyone figure out 
this pls revert........

Hey,

Face same issue on iOS and 3G connection. 
Video and Audio both works on Wifi connection, but on 3g connection same green 
screen display.
Did you find any solution? please let me know
