the alert list view should have a "delete all" button #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. receive ~400 alerts
2. cry
3. attempt to delete them all

"Delete All" button will appear in v12. Expect it in the Downloads section 
shortly, 
and on market once i've had time for some testing.
