API change, fixing create gist #11

After some guessing (http://develop.github.com/p/gist.html), I got create gist to work!

I'm just matching the returned json with a regex for now.

You might have had an issue with your regex, I forked your fork :), patched, and then sent you the pull request. Thanks again for fixing this btw, you rock!
