Runtime error #60

The following is missing in the latest Windows portable package 
(textroom-0.7.1):

1. libstdc++-6.dll
2. libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll

Also, settings (TextRoom.ini) are saved in Documents and 
Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data which affects portability. 
The .ini file should be in the application folder instead.
