discuss definition of gloadmw #26

I was reviewing the CEMS FAQs and they say "Hourly gross load is a rate (MW). As such, it cannot be summed directly to an aggregated level. Instead, for each operating hour the hourly gross load rate must be multiplied by operating time for that hour. Then the resulting hourly load values are summed to the aggregate level."

I want to discuss this because I might be total idiot but if you look at the values there the gloadmw varies hour to hour in a way that is correlated with op time in a way that looks like they have already calculated this as rate times optime.
