update actix web dependency as PR was merged #303

@ctron : do we need to keep referring to your fork of actix-web ?

I am not sure. actix-web 4.2.0 isn't released yet. So pointing to one patch repository that we control might make sense.

Btw: I think rebasing the PR should fix the test issue.
