How to set cpu governor?

The default governor is powersave, which I can't modify with cpufreq-set. Is there a way to change it?

The governor is set by the batman daemon. IIRC, the governor should be powersave when the screen is off and performance when the screen is on.

If you want to change this behaviour, you can do so in gnome-control-center (a.k.a. Settings).
