This pull request consists of a lot of commits (in total 64!) which implement every single missing interface and irons out everything known up until now regarding the modem stack. a brief description is as follows:
implement the time from modem with system time fallback
implement location interface using geoclue (geo ip, hybris)
implement signal interface using org.ofono.NetworkMonitor
implement firmware interface
implement oma interface (mostly dummy as we don't have much for oma in ofono)
implement cdma interface (mostly dummy as we don't have much for cdma in ofono)
implement voice interface (still very experimental, can make calls, drop calls and list calls)
implement call interface (still empty until the voice interface becomes more complete)
implement 3gpp ussd interface using org.ofono.SupplementaryServices to allow for ussd
implement 3gpp profile manager to allow for roaming
implement sar interface
implement properties of simple and bearer interfaces
fix modem power and state changes
fix apn detection and access point list
implement all new properties, methods and signals of modem manager past 1.14 up until 1.22 for all interfaces
fix all interface naming issues
fix all indentation issues
optimize and clean the code using new modern python3 syntax and functions
try catch all blocks to safely ignore harmless errors
add support for nr (5g) in modem and bearer
format introspection correctly to ease readability
fix issues with carriers not properly assigning ip addresses
further clean and comment the code to ease readability
