Use context menu everywhere

Throughout OpenIntents, the context menu should be accessible everywhere.

Currently, there are some actions / intents that can only be invoked by
selecting them with key pad first, and then selecting a menu item.

In the future, all such items should alternatively also be accessible via
context menu. I wonder if there will be additional support for this in a
future SDK version.

This needs to be done in:
* Locations
* Newsreader
* Alerts
* Shopping list

Added context menu for Alerts in rev. 1019.
Locations already has context menu.
