OI Notepad: Option to save to SD card by default #309

I'm using OI Notepad for taking my notes, I think it's a great and simple app.

The OI Notepad says "Notes are stored in internal memory by default". I'd like
to be able to store my notes on the SD card by default, because I'd like to be
able to store all the notes on my phone in a single folder, and synchronise
this on my computer with a piece of software such as Unison (open source). This
way if I edit a note on my computer and synchronize it back, I'll have the
changes directly on the android phone.

I can load a file from SD in the current version of OI Notepad, but when I open
it again in the "last file menu", it will be the version in the internal memory.

I don't see the point on storing everything in the internal memory, when the
files can be more easily accessed on the sdcard, and it's not conveniant to
backup and restore files just for a note.

At least if it's by default, it could be an option to enable it by default.

Is this suppose to be saved to a txt file?

Currently everything is saved to SQLite?

A fix of this issue should also make sure that the creation and modification
dates of the notes work correctly. Right now I loose that information when I
export my notes with convert CSV.
