OI Safe enhancement: backup to the "cloud" #327

I don't know the details but it is my understanding that Market applications 
can use Google cloud to transparently backup their settings. It would be useful 
to (optionally, with user's consent) backup the encrypted password data there, 
so that loss of the handset would not mean loss of passwords entered since last 
manual backup of the file from the SD card.
