OI File Manager: Better description for Media Scan. #457

Menu settings  in filemanager does not state about 'media scan' what that means.

Gallery exclusion?
Searchfor musicfiles?

Is the setting status VISIBLE when looking for files?
That is important! (Not tried)

There could be a dialog explaining what this is when one activates the 
corresponding advanced setting.
