Toggle flashlight functionality #156

Except for the image, our widget toggles your phone's flashlight if available. Just an icon and we're even more hide-in-plain-sight! =D

@OlivierHokke this was my idea.

Android has some weird checking whether your phone has a flashlight, there's not really anything to do about that. It gives some unpredictability.

hmm, has some bugs still. Added do not merge label.

So basically the original idea? :) this is next to the invisible one (thus, user can pick)? Or instead of?

I liked this one better, that's why I had a go at it. Btw, the bug now is that the toggle will turn on your flashlight, but it can't turn it off :')

Im not sure if we should do flashlight only, since not all devices have it. Perhaps the user can pick one? Like: Wifi, GPS, bluetooth, brightness mode, Mobile data
