I've processed pretty much all of the comments in the printed version we got from mr Pouwelse.

Please render the file when reviewing and look for the yellow todo blocks. I've left the vulnerability analysis as a todo, same goes for screenshots. I've added todo blocks where I felt screenshots are necessary. Introduction is not touched either.

Please see this as a proposal; it's a massive change and I understand if you don't agree with everything.

Okay having gone through the changes this seems all fine to me. I suggest merging and doing the todos separately.
