Add tree-sitter grammars converted to EBNF #4

Hello ! I just created a https://github.com/mingodad/plgh that at the moment naively converted several tree-sitter grammars to EBNF that can be used on https://www.bottlecaps.de/rr/ui to visualize then as rail road diagrams and think that it is appropriate to be include in your list.
