with:
          IS_MODIFY_TITLE: false

然后加入的中文 issue 没有翻译，是哪里写错了吗？原始 yaml 文件在：

github action yml格式比较严格还是格式有点小问题，已经提了个pr您看下 https://github.com/sangshuduo/postress/pull/10 ，上面两个comment未翻译是因为计算出它的第一占有率语言是英文了(里面有代码被算成了英文)，我之后优化下

The above two comments are not translated because it is calculated first. The language of the share rate is English (the code in it is counted as English), I will optimize it later
