[Feature]: add `#urg` tag for urgent tasks #22

I think to add #urg -> urgent task, you can set #urg/0 for high priority, it will be shown in Focus on top. You can set urgency from 0 - 2. Table of urgency Level Type
0 #urg or #urg/0
1 #urg/1
2 #urg/2
3 scheduled tasks
4 Recurring task
5 Common task
