Possible transitions and non-transitions sorting bug #24

Whys is there a duplicate 83741 in the transitions variable but not in the sptimes variable?

The isi that corresponds to the numbers around that interval area are not 0 either. Maybe something wrong with the transition and non-transition sorting function? image

image Happened again. Most likely have to restest the sorting function. It may have an effect on the final outcome of the transitioning templates since there will be double the input current if there are two points with the same input time.
