We don't want our database inside k8s, so need an ExternalName service to allow access out.

Sorry for the delay here.

We wouldn't want to create this service for everyone that sets DRONE_DATABASE_HOST, it would need to be opt-in.

Since this hasn't seen activity in over a year, I will close it. Please respond if you would like it re-opened. Thanks
