Update favicons #38

The realfavicongenerator build currently in drone-wall is a little buggy in Firefox on high PPI Windows machines, update to rfg Package v0.13 when it's finally released.

Update to latest dominatr-grunt at the same time.

RFG v0.13 has been released, this is ready to be moved on.

This has all been updated, per a034aa4b5cffaede7ebbea40c0848916bdd63180. Unfortunately the icon still isn't great in Firefox, there's still an open issue in RFG to address desktop favicon rendering. Will leave this issue open until we can get Firefox's icon looking just right.

I'm gonna go ahead and call this Good Enough for now. Will continue to improve favicon situation over time as options become available.
