taxon: display in the title if a taxon is extinct #119

Just as on the web, taxa that are extinct are described as [extinct], the taxon name formatter should also append this designation.

This is now done, though not in the title. That means in the search results you won't see that a taxon is extinct until it is selected. However, since ,search taxon is not used nearly as much as ,taxon, it's hard to get excited about putting it in the title. Leaving it on the books for now, but I may end up closing this one if I don't get any feedback that including it in the title is necessary.
