last obs: support default taxon image from last observation

Just as the issue topic says: when you type [p]last obs t img it should show the default taxon image for the last observation.

I consider this a bug because it didn't show the help or an error message when the unsupported img subcommand was used.

I'm deciding in favour of this being an enhancement (but one that solves a bug, the missing error message) so is now labelled both.

Fixed by addition of new feature [p]last obs taxon img in 4c478fe7c6e62bea975e02ac6fe5b6bccc510431 and d4ed727302b9ae9e3645709696715ffab07eb13c
