Remove vehicle link broken #143

As it says on the tin, the link to remove a vehicle on the profile page does not work. The only way is to use the edit vehicle link and delete there. Also #136 is still an issue.

+1, please add Javascript modal box confirmation to the Delete Vehicle link in case of accidental click.
