APM Planner enhancement re battery warnings #562

We currently use one laptop to operate two UAV's, one a quad and the other an 
aircraft. They have separate xbee's and apm 2's.

If I connect to the quad and set up the battery warning, there is no option to 
set a different value for the aircraft. It doesn't recognise when the apm 
software has changed from a arducopter to arduplane so tries to use the same 
setting for both which is not suitable. i.e. The quad warning is set to 10 
volts and the arduplane is set to 4.5 volts.

my advise here would be to have 2 seperate copys of the planner. this way both 
logs and any other specific settings can be maintained seperatly.
