Altitude influenced by GPS #587

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. boot APM - (no GPS fix) - observe that barometric altitude is ~0m
2. wait for GPS FIX
3. observe that altitude jumped to 51meter  (or sometimes more)
- I did at least three APM resets (reset button) before the "error" got down to 
+16meters.

-the biggest problem . is if APM boots at 0m - and THEN GPS get fix, it will 
fly at relative altitude to 0m, (one reboot solves that)

- why its it so - I use stock firmware, no mixing between GPS & barometric 
altitude.

(cannot attach log as attachemnts quota exceeded, will need to find solved 
cases and remove those logs.)
