APM Mission planner does not load when 1.1.62 x86 msi installed #592

APM Mission planner does not load when 1.1.62 x86 msi installed first time
just gives the sorry will not load message by windows, do you want to send 
report?
uninstalled and reinstalled. same problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win xp
.net 4 installed and updated before planner tried.
ZoneAlarm installed but it did not give any alert or question to allow access.

my other xp computer with an earlier planner installed (39?) and then I updated 
planner recently using the msi worked out fine.

i have captured a partial screen of the startup text (before it disappeared.)
It mentioned could not find DirectX.DirectInput file
email me for the pic if reqd.

latest msi has fixed this.
