Problem with Antenna Tracker with Mission Planner 1.1.66 #602

What steps will reproduce the problem?

With planner 1.1.50 and Pololu maestro 6ch plugged
CTRL F to open the window, click on Antenna Tracker
"Tracker" window opens, connect to correct COM/baud
move the trim sliders and it moves the servos. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

With planner 1.1.66 : CTRL F to open the window, click on Antenna Tracker 
button and nothing happens. The "Tracker" window doesn't open.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MP 1.1.66 (ZIP version, not installer) compared to 1.1.50
Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Just found out the window is now in setup!
