GE Map should rotate as per the heading of the plane, it would be cool feature, 
people would love it.

Rather, an option for the user can be created in the Mission Planner setup, to 
enable or disable the Map rotation.

Small check box "Map Auto Rotate" can be provide adjacent to "Auto Pan", user 
can always disable or enable from the main window of the Mission Planner.
