CLI nor working in HIL #631

Issue: CLI not working with HIL sim fw loaded

Try this:
Download the HIL firmware from APM planner. 
Connect via terminal / USB
Hit enter 3x 
Problem: no CLI terminal shows

Test with normal firmware:
Download the Arduplane firmware 
Connect via terminal 
Hit enter 3x 
CLI terminal now is OK and you can issue commands

Version info: 
APM planner 1.1.80 mav 0.9
Ardu Plane v2.33 (works) 
Ardu Plane v2.33 HIL  (does not work in CLI mode)
