SD Card support in APM2 #637

I notice that the regular micro sd card is not supported by the APM2 so far. Is 
it possible to support it? FAT or any other filesystems are not necessary. 
Using it as a raw flash chip is good enough.

I can't find the link right now but I think there is no SD card support yet as 
it isn't performant enough - ie a delay in writing log data could seriously 
comprimize the autopilot logic / reaction time.
