H4 Swash Support in MP #640

Feature that you'd like us to add or change you'd like us to make:

Please add new Swashplate type to the Arducopter/Heli Setup page.

Where you have the checkbox for Swash Type (CCPM, H1), please add a 3rd option: 
H4.  When H4 is checked, set SWASH_TYPE to "2".

When swash type H4 is selected, the servo position indicator needs to change 
from 3 servos, to 4.  If possible, the default positions for Servo 1 and 2 
should change to -90 and 90.  If the user then switches back to CCPM, can you 
reset the positions back to -60 and 60?  This to eliminate any problem where 
the user might push the wrong button, and end up with the wrong servo positions.
