joystick stuck after connection #657

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Flight Data>>JoyStick>>Set up>>Enable>>Save>>
  joystick works fine before connection.
2.Ctrl+A>>Load Setting>>Done
3.Connect
4.the throttle bar stuck

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected：joystick works fine

I saw:throttle bar only show 999~1000 in "Radio Celibration".other bar are 
about 1400~1800 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I have try both Windows XP/7
APM Planner 1.1.92, 
Xbos360 joystick for PC ,Logitech joystick
APM1, 
3DR 915MHz

Please provide any additional information below.

Somehow I can still Arm the motor.

did you doa  radio calibration first? with a real transmitter?
