Define Loiter Radius/Direction for each Waypoint #671

It wold be nice to have the possibility to change/define the loiter radius and 
loiter direction for each waypoint if its different from the default radius. 
Adoption of APM and Mission Planer. QGroundControll has already implemented 
this...
