What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It happens randomly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

APM1 should switch to RTL but it stays in the last mode, when failsafe.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

APM1 Arduplane 2.34

The receiver is Futaba R149DP

A very noisy uBEC caused the problem.
