90 degrees heading error #698

i m test arduplane 2.5 with 3dr telemetry. Hardware: apm1 5883l magnetometer 
airspeed gps. compass enabled calibrated and checked.

increased nav_roll P  and stabilization PIDs +20% 
trottle cruise set to 70%

writen 6 waypoints. plane going it good then start loiter at start position. 
then i send restart mission command via 3dr telemetry. Plane get 1st waypoint 
and going 90deg ccw of bearing to second waypoint.in misson planer i see red 
plane arrow look to side of second waypoint but red plane moving to left. i see 
to plane - it fly normaly front-forward with speed about 20 km/h at attitude 
100m but 90deg. ccw of second waypoint. if need i can send telemetry log and 
black box logs

sorry, its deffect of my imu board, accel Y always wrong.
please delete this issue
