NEW parameter START_VOLT #717

Hello Ardu-Devs,

it would be great to have a second voltage paramater START_VOLTage belong the 
LOW_VOLT.

the reason: as i know from other telemetry systems and sensors there is often 
the very usefull feature, 
which is a great security add-on for heli and quad pilots.

So if someone connect a batterypack (eg. Lipo) an Alarm could be send out via 
telemetry or blinking lights...
when the lipo-pack-voltage is a bit lower (0.1V) than the START_VOLTage (12.4V 
3S Lipo).

it's a great security-plus to check if the lipo is a little weak or a  bit 
empty or damaged
and you don't risk a flight!

is there any way to set a new eprom-parameter?
