Mission planner streaming video does not work in Mono (Linux)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Mission planner on linux with mono
2. Go to the configuration tab, hit planner, and try to choose a video device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error window pops open, with

An error has occurred
 System.DllNotFoundException: ole32.dll

I think this is because ole32 is not supported under Mono.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mission Planner 1.2.11 on Ubuntu 12.10

Video on mono is not supported.

if you setup vlc and do this

it will work however
