What steps will reproduce the problem?
Setting ARSPD_USE = 1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stable horizon

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM1.4

Please provide any additional information below.
As air speed grows APM shows the plane pitching down. But it is still on my 
table.

It is clearly seen that airspeed has an effect on horizon:

Additional information:

If There is a GPS FIX it works normal.
