Operator ID validity #63

I believe what I got from the FAA for operator ID here is 10 alphanumerics starting with FA. Is that not correct? The app says my id isn't valid.

UAS Operator ID is a concept applied only in Europe. Please contact your device manufacturer for more information on this topic.
