Suggestion: Forging items

Maybe some skill to be able to forge items/weapons if you gather certain 
materials. If you fail - you lose ingridients. This could be used to boost your 
actual weapons too. You could also spend skill points on this skill to have a 
better chance of not failing.

On the same note alchemy would be nice as well being that there are empty 
vials. Possible finding or buying herbs from vendors and creating you own 
potions.

with the gems and rat tails and furs and ect. would be cool to comine them into 
and gem with a power. but id like different combinations to make this item. 
this could be in foods also like soups carrots,mushrooms and also using the 
wells to get water. other ideas would be go mining to find ores that u can 
smelt to make normal weapons but also finding other ores on a percentage to 
find rare ores on a low chance.

Cooking seems like a good skill to add to this concept.  Making cooked near out 
of regular meat, for example.
