ip error when configure account #164

$ ./dbxcli-windows-amd64.exe  account
1. Go to https://www.dropbox.com/1/oauth2/authorize?client_id=*****&response_type=code&state=state
2. Click "Allow" (you might have to log in first).
3. Copy the authorization code.
Enter the authorization code here:  ****
Error: Post https://api.dropboxapi.com/1/oauth2/token: dial tcp 128.242.240.85:443: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
